Summary: First off the hats off to the design team on taking this house and making it a beautiful renovated property. The pictures completely match what you are getting! It is a house that will only fit 4 - very simple floor plan. Privacy fence is great, while the neighborhood is older and a bit run down, we did talk to the neighbors next door briefly and they were so very nice!!! They thought we had missed a delivery driver (DoorDash) and stopped us to make sure we had not ordered something and the driver missed us! Very very nice of them. One note, there is not a back door to the property so when going to the back yard you do need to walk from the front door, down a sidewalk to the gate - if using the hot tub bring a cover up just for that transition if you feel necessary - as you are walking the sidewalk to get back into the house. We had one question at check in and were able to call the management team to get an answer and they called us back within 5 mins. VERY ATTENTIVE, from the start. I had asked some questions regarding the property before and the response time was same day! Great communication, great renovation and property!!
